Europe is becoming green. I hope the right kind of green, not that other green (of hatred).

    What say you? :)

Meh. So long as they do not ban engines bases on emissions I'm all for it. Build nuclear all over the continent.

It's an idea that was brought forward by a handful of countries. Will probably be discussed in the future and we'll see what happens.
As long as they don't claim 'The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive' like some braindead moron in D.C., everything's ok.

    Or bio-gas plants.:)
But it's not about just electricity and NPPs. Transport is still a great pollutant. Chemical plants too. Industry in general.

As of now, Germany is skeptical about this proposal. I wonder why?

I say that what began as an economic cooperative has become a government in itself. Very ugly.

If they are willing to pay for it and get others to pay - sure. I’m just glad we are not part of EU.

After his climate change agenda has failed on the national level in France leading up to the yellow vest protests, Emanuel Macron has decided to push it through in the EU.

There's a mentality in the EU that government can solve any and every problem in the world by banning things and throwing money at it.

No one worries about the things they should be worrying about, because they just assume the government will take care of it.
Then they're willing to give up any freedom and individual liberty in the name of government solving some supposed trivial problem.

Painfully superficial and wrong on so many levels.
