It would be best if you know what FD 1023 for is used for and what it is about. From the FBI's own link, "As many of you know, the FD-1023 is the form our special agents use to record raw, unverified reporting from confidential human sources (CHSs). FD-1023s merely document that information; they do not reflect the conclusions of investigators based on a fuller context or understanding." What you need is the after-action reports by said agents that determined the information contained in that Form FD 1023 was inconclusive or not consistent wit the investigation. Thus, no scandal. Just make-believe by the GOP again.
The quest to gin-up a Joe Biden conspiracy is in the reeks of desperation stage. The subpoena and subsequent release of FD-1023(FBI) and SAR (Banks) illustrate their pathetic condition. The Party has quite a dilemma to resolve especially with leadership geared to short-term reactionary thinking. The coming months are going to be interesting, who do they choose to alienate?
I don't think it's a ginned up controversy and it expands further than Biden. It's very clear that our US Congress is brought and paid for, by the Ukrainian government. Why this is the case however, is the mystery. Will we find out? Hell nah, not in our lifetimes.
