A Fetal Gstastation Unit (again, formerly known as a "woman") is brought into a Emergency Room due to a miscarriage.

CSI units from the Womb Police are called in and it is found that the woman has an inordinately large dose of ibuprofen in her system (Advil brand). She CLAIMS she took the high doseage because she suffers extreme back pain (which IS on her medical record...and pre-conception records show her doctor advised her to take large doses for her pain.).

However, there are still unproven studies which indicate that NSAIDs cause miscarriage. So this may have been a deliberate murder.

Can the Holy Order make a case for prosecutuion against her?
