I think that the main thrust of all of this ranting about blacks being of inferior intellect is aimed at encouraging a policy of suppedly "benign neglect," to just not bother ourselves with trying to educate black kids up to the average for the country. It would, supposedly, be like trying to teach pigs to sing; it annoys the pig and wastes our time. Better to just use the extra money to make sure that such of our little white larvae who want to become rocket scientists will have that opportunity.

So how do you explain pro sports and the black dominance there? That's been true the last 50 years. Being a pro athlete is the most coveted job in america so why don't whites keep all those jobs for themselves?? Fact is no one is keeping blacks down and they are free to rise as far as their abilities can take them. In athletics that's very far but in intellectual pursuits they can't make it.
