In the ongoing battle between Texas and the Biden administration to defend our Southern border against invasion, more than two-thirds (69 percent) side with Texas.

“Sixty-nine percent (69%) of Likely U.S. Voters support Texas erecting barriers at the border to prevent illegal immigrants from crossing, including 53% who Strongly Support the action,” writes Rasmussen Reports. “Only 27% oppose Texas taking action to prevent illegal immigration[.]”

The internals are fascinating… On this question, a 51 percent majority of black voters side with Texas, while only 32 percent of black voters disagree. Two-thirds of Independents (66 percent) side with Texas, while only 29 percent disagree...

…So what’s happening here…? Why are Biden, the Democrats, and their corporate media allies siding against a vast majority of the country on a 70-30 issue like this?

    The answer is simple…

The Great Replacement Theory is not a theory. These Left-wing bullies have gamed out the benefit of opening the border to millions and millions of unvetted illegals against the political price and decided that, in the long run, the political price is worth the political downside…

…Due to their terrible policies, blue states are losing population and, with it, congressional seats and electoral votes, so… Here are your replacements.

Democrats have rigged the U.S. Census to count illegals.

Voting is rigged to avoid identification or even showing up…

These poll results are very interesting. We the people side with Texas on the border dispute. This flood of illegals is a deliberate plan on the part of our federal deep state. They don’t care what the American people think about it.

Biden might be willing to wage a proxy cold civil war in order to prevent the lost of 4-5 congressional seats and electoral votes in California and smaller losses in New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Michigan and red states gaining that number because of internal domestic migration.

The replacement theory is not a theory. It is reality in the Biden regime.

The hard core left like to pretend that all non-hardcore rights agree with the left. Same vice-versa.

In reality, the overwhelming majority of Americans fall somewhere in the middle.

In the case of illegal immigration and immigration reform, it's pretty easy to assign responsibility. Centric Americans are capable of identify and assigning blame here. Their expectations are clear.

I agree with Texas as well, but the Biden administration can't back down on this one. Foreign policy is conducted by Washington alone, and a governor and a state can't usurp that even if federal policy is failing.

Brandon Johnson had a panic attack dealing orders of magnitude fewer immigrants than Texas has to. The Biden administration's view is Chicago has a real problem on their hands, but Texas has on issue and shouldn't be complaining.

The Constitution recognizes the State power to stop invasion if the Federal Government will not.

No State shall engage in War, unless actually invaded,

Speaker Johnson Rejects Pending Border Deal: Illegal Crossings "Must Be Zero"
"Any border ’shutdown' authority that allows even one illegal crossing is a non-starter."

Bribed Joe claims he will secure the border if Congress funds endless and bloody Ukraine stalemate
    .

The first problem is that Bribed Joe is a liar. Once he has the Ukraine money, he has what he wants, and he also wants the invasion of the US over our Southern Border to continue so that he can dilute the native vote that rejects him and Leftist Tyranny.

Second, we will not be blackmailed into funding the war for the folks that bribed the Bidens to the tune of $Millions.

Any border ’shutdown' authority that ALLOWS even one illegal crossing is a non-starter. Thousands each day is outrageous. The number must be ZERO,” Mr. Johnson wrote

Bribed Joe 'with the stroke of a pen, could begin by restoring Remain in Mexico, ending catch and release, [and] reforming asylum and parole standards. His refusal places our national sovereignty at stake.”

I don't agree with a number of Supreme Court decisions, either. But I also support rule of law. The Governor of Texas has decided
that the Supreme Court has no authority in Texas. Yet, Republicans will swear up and down they support the Constitution. Whatever.

From what I've read about the Supreme Court's decision, Abbott isn't wrong with what he's doing.

Let me guess, you support the replacements who are coming here by the millions. How many illegals are too many?

This is what Abbott wants to keep out of the country.

Cops allegedly beaten by rowdy migrant mob near Times Square — with suspects later freed without bail: horrifying video

Shocking video captured the moment a migrant mob pounded a pair of cops near Times Square over the weekend — but the busted cowardly suspects were still released back on the street without bail, sources say.

This is the kind of response I've grown to expect from you.

So tell me, how many is too many and how many are you willing to take in?

Actually, if randomly selected that's statistically solid. I would have dreamed of those numbers as a scientist.

Your left wing smearing, nonsense and usual cheap shots aside I can completely understand why the people of Texas would be fed up with the constant influx of desperate foreign people over your joke of a national border.

and I expected the response from you in the post I replied too

too many means more than society can absorb successfully, we are there, society can not handle the load and republicans are playing games, not signing a bipartisan bill to address this

that is very few responses, it's no more than a guess based on 940 responses

could just mean they got more republicans than dems, hard to tell

    Texans ARE smart...
    - California has a top state income tax rate of 14% and a state budget deficit of $68 Billion
Texas has NO STATE ICOME TAX... and state budget SURPLUS of $3) Billion
    - Early on, Texas banned the China Virus Tyranny (mandatory masks, school/business closings, etc.) and THRIVES!
(Texans still joke that their kids will be doctors and astronauts while blue state kids will still be trying to read.)

As a scientist and a once half-decent statistician the numbers are fine. I think most polls are that amount.

There may be many other biases though.

I would not trust a poll of 940 people to tell me what all Americans thing, especially to say what 69% think

    Another poll finds similarly:

“A sizable majority of the public supports Texas’s construction of a wall along its border with Mexico and feels that President Joe Biden’s efforts to stop it are the first step toward civil war. . . . Asked, ‘Do you agree or disagree with this statement about the border dispute between Texas and the federal government: “The feds are staging a civil war, and Texas should stand their ground?” 55% said they agreed, while 36% said they didn’t.”

More thoughts from Libertarian Law Professor Glenn Reynolds on how a small powerful group in America has so much national voice and such crazy ideas that they attempt to impose by badering, harassment and lawfare.

'Our ruling class is a monoculture, so that what is persuasive to one member is likely to be persuasive to many. Second, it suffers from deep and widespread status anxiety – not least because most of its members have status, but few real accomplishments to rely on – and thus requires constant reassurance in the form of peer acceptance, reassurance that is generally achieved by repeating whatever the popular people are saying already. And third, it has few real deeply held values, which might otherwise provide guard rails of a sort against believing crazy things.'

No matter how unhappy people are with the situation at the border, it's not showing up in the presidential election polls. Trump is still either tied or losing to Biden.

Back in the 19th century, the Democrats dumped a loser named Franklin Piece. They refused to re-nominate him for president in 1856 despite that fact that he wanted it. Piece was doing what a lot of Democrats wanted, namely supporting slavery, but he wasn't doing it right for them. Here is one if his campaign tokens.

    FP 1852-1 All.jpg

For the good of the country, I wish that the Democrats would dump Biden. He's the worst president of all time.

Because you don't know anything about statistics. If done properly 940 is PLENTY to be accurate.

It sounds like a small number to you because you have no education in statistics....you're making that very clear.

It doesn't matter though, if it doesn't fit your agenda you'll dismiss it no matter what....agenda above all else is the lefty way....to hell with the truth.
