Not as much of an idiot as Trump and, more importantly, unlike Trump, he's not the greatest domestic threat to democracy that our country faces and he never tried to steal an election like Trump did.

It doesn't work out well if you sway one way and one of them sways a different way.

Meanwhile, Democrats have been trying to take our democracy away in several different ways.

Not really. And Trump did so directly . . . but you are okay with that. Luckily Christie is willing to stand up to him for it (though you hate him for doing so) and unfortunately, the rest of the GOP is willing to give his wannabe fascism a pass.

Remind me again when the Dems tried to get several states REMOVED ENTIRELY from the EC count. Remind me of when they tried to substitute fake electors. Remind me of when they said the VP had the authority to overthrow the EC count (as mandated by the Constitution, which Trump supporters unequivocally hate) and kick the vote the House instead? I must have missed all of that.

We can't have both a functioning economy and all the government the left wants.

And if there were an option on the right, that might be important. But we don't have an option on the right. The GOP is, by every measure, at least as bad as the left on this front and often worse.

Neocons certainly are and to that they added the worst sort of Military adventurism now that Democrats are doing the same damn thing I fully expect to see a full reconciliation between the Neocons and Democrats now that the Republicans are increasingly hostile to that sort of crap. If we don't start soon to tear down this giant house of cards that is government bloat the last traces of individual rights and freedom will disappear from the country.

I am close to you but I would absolutely remove Chris Christie and replace him with RFK Jr. I need to know more about him, but from hearing him on Hannity last night, I am impressed. I got a quick education on him and left wing media has him completely censored.

Yeah I saw that! I usually don't watch Hannity but I did since RFK was on. He did very well IMO

They took people's rights away during the pandemic, tried to remove the filibuster in the senate in order to gain complete control over everything including adding seats to the Supreme Court, have weaponized law enforcement to go after their political enemies, and tried to take over social media.

Removing the filibuster isn't removing democracy. Adding seats to the supreme court is not removing democracy. There is 0 evidence they've "weaponized law enforcement," meanwhile Trump RAN on weaponizing law enforcement and is running on doing so again. And, no, they didn't try to take over social media.

Meanwhile, and I know you are incapable of addressing this, Trump's team DID try to COMPLETELY ERASE the ENTIRE EC VOTES of SEVERAL STATES. None of your poorly researched conspiracy brainfarts come close to that level of attacking democracy. And you are smart enough to know that . . . even if you are not honest enough to address it.

Sure it is. Once you have the presidency, the House, and full control of the Senate, you can pass any laws you want and turn the country into a dictatorship. We were so close. Thank God for Manchin and Sinema. But, before that, Democrats declared emergency powers and took American's rights away.

Attempting to overthrow elections is far closer to dictatorship. But you seem fine with that. We were so close, and yet you can't even bring yourself to criticize that. Also, being able to pass laws democratically isn't "ditatorship." Please learn how our laws are actually passed.

That you believe the US can be turned into a dictatorship is hysterically funny. You have no factual proof that either party is looking to turn the US into a dictatorship. The other party and the American people would never allow it to happen even if one party did want to do that. It would literally ruin that party likely for good if it were ever tried.
