She probably made the Hall Of Fame because she never stopped touring - still does - and many later female artists said she was their inspiration.

The only girls I can think of that really rocked in the 80s (besides Wilson sisters) and Vixen don't qualify for hair bands.It's a band with one of Joan's Runaways band members.It's punk.
