Your are full of crap, I worked for years in what is known as the green monsters, subsidized housing painted green with black paint below 4 feet to hide the dirty fingers touching the walls.

Go inside of one the apartments and you will find three or so women on the couch watching Jerry Springer or Judge Judy, while children with dirty diapers or naked are running around the apartment, in the dining room, commonly there would be a glass topped table from Rent To Own, streaked up with grease, a glass top which is easy to clean, but the women on the couch where too lazy to get off their fat butts to wipe down. Go into the kitchen and there would be sink full of stinky dirty dishes, try open the wall jack for the phone, finally pry it loose from the grease holding it in place and a few hundred German roaches would come scurrying out of the wall behind it.

Go down the street and open a crossbox to check the circuit only to find a bag of crack bags stuffed in top of there, then was approached by a dealer advising me I need to get out of there, I had work to do, the dipchit showed me a gun he had in his waste band, I set my, 45 ACP on the top of the box, iI didn't know it that we where under surveillance by the BSO, the hood rat went of to jail, I reholstered my .45 ACP officers Model and competed my work.

Yes, BellSouth forbid us to carry guns at work, but many of us figured it was better to loose our job than our life.

I worked in the hood for years and have seen things that would make most people puke.

So get off your false high horse and get a clue what happens in the hood, and how nasty it is, because apparently you have no clue how it is to live there.

They didn't murder anyone and where would they go? They're no threat to anyone, they're being kept inside for political purposes, to appease the mob and maybe to try to apply pressure for them to testify against one another or cop a plea.

It's true, officers who have no case to answer are being persecuted to prevent rioting, having cases re-examined where they'd already been cleared and no new evidence exists. It's disgusting

That sounds good to try and shine a negative light on black folks, but there is an exception to every rule. Every home in the projects is not kept in that manner, hell there are some white homes you can go into that are as filthy as hell.

Why can't you go down the street in a white neighborhood and find a bag of crack stuffed in a panel box? Why? You don't think the BSO knew where those crack bags were stashed as well. That is the point that type of activity is allowed in black neighborhood to keep it out of the white ones.

What's disgusting is covering up for someone who has committed murder, not sure if you realize it or not but black folks pay taxes for those police officers and DAs as well. We should be given the same fair treatment and Justice under the law as whites are. There wasn't anyone in Glynn County rioting, they were just asking for Justice and that is the only weak cop out you can come up with to try and defend these 3 racist murderers. That is what is DISGUSTING.

Hell this is nothing more than Emmitt Till and you might as well be one of the Jurors that let Roy Bryant and JW Milam walk.

    1) Of prior activity not present activity IE not something citizen's arrest applies to. IE Greg admits it was ****ed up from the jump.
2)a) Stop using my quips if you're unable to even copy them correctly; b) He would indeed need to see him coming out of the house since he needs to suspect a CURRENT crime. Without seeing him at the property all he sees is a man running down a public street who he thinks he recognized from tapes depicting conduct weeks and months old. < That conduct is not authorized to chase on if you're using citizen's arrest.
    3) No, it doesn't as already explained ad nausem. It doesn't even per se qualify as criminal trespass.
    4) Detaining him without being able to shelter under citizen's arrest? Is agg assault (since they used weapons to do it) and false imprisonment. They hit him with a car. Travis admits pointing the gun at him and telling him to get on the ground. Suspicion of past conduct? Doesn't allow you to shelter under CA.
    5) No, it doesn't. You need a PRESENT suspicion not a suspicion of PAST conduct to use CA. By Greg's admission the only thing he suspected was prior crimes. We will not see about him being hit by a car, we've already seen it. Its literally been adduced as evidence. They didn't have a right to stop him so contacting him with the vehicle is a crime.

What murder? Arbery got himself killed when he attacked Travis. Yes, black folks pay their taxes too because they're NO DIFFERENT TO EVERYONE ELSE! This was justice but public opinion and the fear of the mob changed everything.

Travis, who was along with Greg and Roddie committing aggravated assault and false imprisonment against Arbery's person.
By their own admissions to police.

No, that was a racist murder, Emmitt Till was an innocent victim, he committed no offences and didn't viciously attack the men who cold bloodedly murdered him.

    1. No, they suspected a burglary in process (and may well have been right) given prior events.
    2. I would engage you in a battle of wits but unsporting to take on an unarmed opponent.
    3. Trespass in a structure (clearly marked No Trespassing) with intent to steal, that is burglary or at least RGTS, enough to justify a stop and search if not PBARD at court, especially with him fleeing.
    4. They only carried their weapons because of the previous theft of the pistol and information from the neighbour that the suspect had previously intimated they were armed, self defence on their part and reasonable in the circumstances, not false imprisonment as they did not seek to confine him. We'll see about the car, I suspect they didn't try to run him over as has been claimed but tried to box him in for the police but he lashed out instead, damaging it.
    5. So we'll see, up to this point we've only been hearing from the prosecution, once we get to trial the defence can have their turn.

No, show me where they said "Yeah, we went out to aggravated assault and falsely imprison this guy". You're interpreting selective evidence through your ideological prism.

    1) except that's not what Greg said he suspected. He said he recognized him from the tapes, and went after him to question him about that and try to detain him for police because of that.
    2) *ITS* or *IT WOULD BE*. I also notice you trying to bury the point on number 2 :)
    3) Except Greg didn't see that that day and Citizens Arrest requires a CURRENT CRIME not a suspected prior might be a crime some weeks or months before the incident. There was no "no trespassing" sign, stop trying to bootstrap facts in. Even if there were you can't chase misdemeanors that don't occur in your presence according to the statute.
    4) It doesn't matter. They used weapons in an assault: That makes it agg assault. We've already seen about the car, they struck him that's not in question.
    5) So far we've pretty much only heard from Greg and Travis who have hung themselves with their own statements admitting they cannot form the proper predicates for a citizen's arrest of Arbery making their actions felonious assault leading to the death of a man IE felony murder. .

You don't have to say that to do that dude. They admit they went out to detain Arbery for police. To detain someone for police is to seize them under the 4th amendment. Doing so without legal excuse, even if you thought you had legal excuse, constitutes a crime, in this case a felony because they used weapons to accomplish it. When you commit a violent felony and someone dies, you catch a form of murder charge called felony murder. Period.
The only one selecting evidence they like, and making up facts when they don't have one, to suit their ideology is you.

The cornered the young man, he had no choice but to stand his ground. Oh that's right that only applies to white folks.

Then we shouldn't be treated differently than everyone else.

What White Justice, this isn't 1920.

What offences did Arbery commit against those 3 racist murderers?

Just for the record what would you have done in Arbery's situation?

you obey the armed white man and wait for police to arrive.

why would you fight armed thugs robbing you if you are unarmed and without body armor.

According to Dial, none of the three men called the police while chasing Arbery down.
    https://www.newsweek.com/after-fata...mcmichael-reportedly-called-him-fng-n-1508742

Police report differs big time from what actually happened. The police just took the McMichael's word for what happened.

    1. Yes, recognised him from the previous burglaries and thought he had committed another.
    2. No, my use of the adjective is correct.
    3. Yes there was;

4, They didn't assault him, as they have testified they just wanted to talk to him, they hadn't detained him in any way. HE assaulted them, viciously.

    5. I've heard the testimony of 2 decent men who rightfully wanted to detain a reasonably suspected burglar for the police and were forced to kill him when he attacked one of them and tried to shoot him with his own gun.

You see racism because you wish to, there is none here.
