Not to mention we don't have an average per capita annual income of $4000 like China. Tens of millions of them don't even have electricity (like California) and make like $300 a year.
I find myself caring less and less about talking to tree stumps. There is just so much they don't understand. THAT I could deal with. That they don't WANT to understand just makes me not care.
Where do you think your "clean energy" electric car batteries come from? Strip mining rare earth minerals at slave wages and tossing the pollution in the ocean. There is no challenge with capitalism. Capitalism has created all the technologies we've used to solve problems all through history. Communism creates jack ****.
As I repeatedly say, they really are like rabid Fundamentalists. Only accept the facts as stated by the Church of Global Warming. DO not think about it, never ever challenge it. Just accept anything said without critical thinking, and attack ANYBODY that does not agree 100% with the claims. And I find it even more annoying when people who simply scream everybody else is wrong and never provides references to be the most annoying. Me, I welcome people to challenge me, and provide neutral references whenever possible. But yes, the stumps just make stupid claims that are easily busted, and scream when you prove their claims are wrong repeatedly. It really is a religion to me. And I laugh when they call people like me "unscientific".
LOL - I've cited WAY more than you have. I'll cite a refutation if you propose something that you can show economists believe would work. I'm NOT going to cite refutations of every crazy idea you come up with.
You never cite anything, ever. You simply make claims, that I then bust and provide references. You then make yet more claims. Never with any references ever. And I find it laughable that you will say something like "scientists" or "economists", and never actually say who. Which in general only means "people who you agree with". Never named, never cited, just implying that for some reason they all agree with you. Kinda like your earlier claim about the levels from India will be growing because of the growth of industry. Where "industry" only makes up about 1/4 of the Indian GDP. Well over half of it is made by the service industry. And you then spin off on coprolite about degrees and higher learning. Much of the service industry that India is now a world leader in does not need any of that at all. I have done that lower tier phone support myself in the past, you don't need a degree to do it. Just the ability to speak English and follow a script. I even taught basic computer tech skills to those that I worked with at AT&T WorldNet back in the day, as many did not even own a computer. It was not needed, just the ability to follow the scripts that we had in the computer. So why the segue into University and high tech training and income disparity, I have absolutely no idea. The majority in that field are low skilled. However, like most in India they do speak English. And I find it laughable that you try to claim what I say are "crazy ideas". That is something most people have known for well over a decade.
Yes - the USA is the worst per capita of the largest CO2 emitting countries - the countries that make a disproportionate difference. There are some countries that emit much less CO2, but have higher per capita emissions. The top 5 on the "most per capita" list are Palau, Qatar, Trinidad and Tobago, Bahrain, Kuwait. But, eliminating their emissions would make little difference, making them less important targets for focus.
I don't accept the idea of comparing our country to communism. Regardless of what communism does, it is important to regulate capitalism.
Unlike America, most in India speak several languages. In fact, their constitution recognizes 22 major languages. Those in many other countries speak several languages, too. As for your comment on education, I'm seriously concerned for our future if there are people who look at it like that. We have 4% of the brains. And, the fact is that brains absolutely do matter if America plans to maintain its standard of living. We are in seriously short supply. In my own high tech career I found it necessary to rigorously recruit outside the USA, as what is needed is in short supply.
My comment? You are the one that made that frigging claim! Holy hell, now you are attacking me for something you said. You not only can never source anything, you even forget what you had said in the past and attack others when they repeat them back. Notice how I said "your claim"? I made no comment on education, I just commented on your silly and almost nonsensical claim. As always, you are just trying to knee-jerk your way through. You might want to actually apply reasoning before you comment again.
Oh dear. More flawed logic. Let’s tease out the flaw in logic. I’ll be using 2020 data as it’s the most up to date reliable data available today. You say the countries above the US on per capita basis are insignificant. But together they emit 50% total of what the US does. Your logic is they don’t matter! The US emits only 34% as much as China. By your logic the US is insignificant! Doesn’t matter by your logic! Not only that, China’s total is increasing while the US is decreasing historically.
Yep. That’s why China’s emissions are going to continue to increase for a long, long time. Or they are going to have to move back into the Stone Age which isn’t going to happen.
Especially in here. Giving a pass to a Marxist slave state, and blaming everything wrong on the US. Even if one has to defy logic in order to do it.
