Think on this, we spent ten years and nearly 40 billion pre 1970 dollars on going to the moon. I remember there were all sorts of plans as to what we would do next. Colonies, Mining, lots of things were eagerly anticipated. Yet after the last Apollo mission the whole thing dried up rather abruptly And it wasn't due to expense or lack of a payoff. Space has, since the 1970's transformed our world. The media we are on right now is just one of the many things that could not exist without the solid space/satellite infrastructure we have above us. Yet it could probably function at least twice as well if we had bases on the moon supplementing it. Why don't we? Could it be we found somebody already there? and they told us to keep out? This gets back to the Black Satellite Legend and VALIS, along with UFOs, of course. Could aliens be coming from the Moon throughout history? Has anyone else pursued this, or similar? I'm thinking of maybe a book but I'd like someplace to begin research from, or to know it's been done already.
I have a Questar 3.5, and a 12 inch Dobson, but anything up there would still have to be about 1000 feet across to be seen. Besides, they'd be on the Dark Side or underneath. What I'm really looking for ia a UFO conspriracy (ies) that have UFO's going back to far antiquity. Like if the Chariots of the Gods have never left.
