The dumb arse questions you keep asking yourself were analyzed by a grand jury and indictments were recommended......it's a Rule of Law thing. Have no fear, Trump did all this to himself and will have multiple days in court.

I see it like this, he's an actor, he plays whatever part makes him the most money. For most of us we take an amused view of his antics while he is not president. Others, like Twain said oh so many years ago, actually believe him despite actual proof of his lying. To those people I say not to worry, he'll go into exile before prison, it's much easier to fleece you from, say, Moscow rather than the Georgia State prison.. For the rest of us he'll be gone from our view as not even FOX is going to report on him in exile. Perhaps the shock will be enough for the Republican party to clean up it's ranks. Or not, that's another problem.

After the fact, in the most blatant attempt of ass cleaning that there is. They had already begun their case prior to Trump's running, the reason for the counsel was basically your reply right here. So they could claim independence. "look, here's an independent council. Sure he reports to the AG, and is more or less the AG's lapdog but hey it separates it from the government, right?"

Well, unfortunately when it files 'as the government' it kind of loses that idea as well. And i'm not the only one to note the DOJ's slowness, until they hit 'critical mass', conveniently at the moment when Trump would announce his running.

It's alot like how the AG claimed Weiss had powers, then actually had to grant him powers a couple of weeks ago. The words that were uttered to William Barr, are actually true of Merrick Garland. He has, numerous times, omitted key facts from the House regarding several cases of import, thus losing any confidence for anyone that's not fond of this administration.

You were the one who asked them. I answered them, so if they're dumb questions, they're your questions not mine. I assure you, when I want to ask you a question, you will most definitely know about it. And for the last time, you're not qualified enough or able enough to tell whether or not I feel any emotion, let alone fear.

Maybe Trump is someone whose situation allows people to read into his psyche but I have not stooped so low. Only I alone can control my emotions and I alone can express them.

You answered them? With what pure partisan nonsense and victim mentality? You have not re info like the grand juries do yet you are here claiming unbiased knowledge AKA you are posting pure nonsense and second guessing grand juries.

On the contrary. Felony count stacking usually means that the prosecution has like 100 times the normal amount of evidence needed to ensure a swift conviction and is a sure sign to the defendant that said defendant is about to get buried in an avalanche of hard evidence.

Paint it however you wish but at the end of the day, facts are facts.

Americans tend to idolize rugged individualism, but in practice, like all human beings they lean into group think even when it requires a suspension of disbelief.

"The weak use ordinary lies to protect themselves from their rulers. Machiavelli's Prince also used ordinary lies to keep his subjects down. But Machiavelli's "fraud" encompasses not only ordinary lies but also basic lies— Hegemonic lies — designed to win consent from the governed. Force is then kept in reserve for use when consent fails."
THE PREVALENCE OF DECEIT, F. G. Bailey, Cornell University Press, Ithaca, NY 1991.p. 82.

We all know that individually we are all inherently weak.
    Numbers are our security blanket.

Nope it's just an effort to say a big number of felonies that he was indicted on. Indictment doesn't mean anything.

With Trump leading the latest poll by 3 points, it seems that folks are coming clear on who the real crooks are.

You are the one who BELIEVES that an "Indictment doesn't mean anything".

    indictment
    /ɪnˈdʌɪtm(ə)nt/
    noun
    1. 1.
      NORTH AMERICAN
a formal charge or accusation of a serious crime.
      "an indictment for conspiracy"
    2. 2.
a thing that serves to illustrate that a system or situation is bad and deserves to be condemned.
"these rapidly escalating crime figures are an indictment of our society"

It's a simple concept, you're charge with 12 counts, some can result in years in prison but one just a fine. Plead guilty to the fine and turn state's evidence and the rest with prison terms dropped .It's also why not all involved have been charged, stand behind your statement in court never be in the defendant's box.
    It's really very common.

Now that is some serious MAGA “BACK THE BLUE!” Republican talk.

“The vast number of cases brought under our system of mass incarceration means that plea bargaining is the only way for courts to get through the sheer number of cases in their dockets. This system lacks process, fairness, and often even rule of law.”
ACLU, Coercive Plea Bargaining Has Poisoned the Criminal Justice System. It’s Time to Suck the Venom Out., By Somil Trivedi, Former Senior Staff Attorney, ACLU Criminal Law Reform Project, January 13, 2020.

Trump is making “liberals” turn dark brown as the whole world watches.

Yes, it's amazing how a vendetta organized by people obsessed with the fear of one man's ideas for a greater nation can generate so much hate that normal people suspend their own values to participate.
It's equally amazing that those same people become blind to the obvious fact they are being used by people that are guilty of crimes in the RICO class, bribery, fraud, faking evidence for the purpose of election interference- and of course, we can't leave our gross incompetence that they just never seem to notice, despite it affecting their quality of life as much as anybody elses. If all those people were teenagers who still thought they knew everything, it wouldn't be worth mentioning- but they are adults, and should damn sure have found some maturity and character by now. Makes me wonder where the parents failed. Not if, but where.

"Illegal" is only an issue when one is politically inconvenient. When there is a political advantage, "illegal" no longer has any value.

As far as him being a scorpion, he is less damaging than the dems.

Gotta say, watching Trump's many co-defendants do their best to fling poo on the wall to see if just anything will stick is quite a sight to behold.

    Just. So. Much. Winning.

    LOL

Hillary Clinton was right and so is failed Gov. Ron DeSantis: those people are indeed part of the basket of deplorables, just listless vessels, empty.

Well now, time to go stock up on root-beer and popcorn. As of November 2023 all the way into 2025, this is all going to be very, very entertaining.
