It works this way: The Yanks and the Russkies would take every single Imperial Storm Trooper out of the Mid-East and elsewhere, and instead concentrate on droning members of the other team's Congress and Kremlin. 10 points would be awarded for droning a member of Congress or the Politburo, but one point would be subtracted for every innocent bystander killed. England and other NATO members and smaller nations might want to also join in the fun and make their members of parliament fair game. At the end of the year the scores would be tallied to determine the winner of The World Cup.
