Our current legal system is a joke, as is the illegal immigration issue.

So instead of continually cycling people through the system why don't we do a points system?

Let's say you commit a violent crime, we'll say you randomly attacked someone in public, instead of throwing them in jail why don't we set a limit of points for their citizenship to be "watched", Suspended, and finally terminated. The harder the crime, the more points you get.

To those who ask, "well what would we do with them?" It's simple, we setup a plan with a nice country like Liberia (<-- offered to fight the Iraq war for us, we turned them down) and offer them money/medicine to take them in. This would work well with Liberia due to the floundering GDP of the country, they need all the income they can get.

This also opens up more immigration opportunities for those who wish to be productive rather than destructive. It decreases the prison population massively, leaving more tax dollars to be spent elsewhere. It forces people to act within the law or to be exiled, thoughts?

I would just simply advocate using the justice system of the Founders back around 200 years ago.

Those doing violent crimes were usually hanged in short order. Others would do hard labor outside their prison houses.

I think All repeat violent felons aged 16 and up should be executed within 6 months of their 3rd+ violent felony conviction. Of course all that do violence while incarcerated would have each violent act counted against their total.

I agree, but we all know the SJW's would never stand for that. This is a viable alternative.
