That’s not what you said earlier. Your point wrongly made, was that a dead body indicated a crime. Wrong.

That means you can quote me saying that.

Go ahead and give it a shot.

Well, it starts with the police for an unattended death or an attending physician if one is in attendance. The police and physician have similar forms ( state dependent) to fill out to be turned over to the coroner. The forms provide plenty of opportunity for opinions if foul play is suspected. It’s then up to the coroner ( some stares have boards) to turn the evidence over to the DA. If they want to open the case, it then goes back to the police or other investigating agencies. There is plenty of opportunity to determine if deaths are a result of natural causes and further investigation is unnecessary. So dead bodies are not always indicative of crimes. The death rate in nyc alone is well over 50k per year and the vast majority are non criminal in nature.

    Your words, and completely wrong.
Dead bodies are not an indication of murder.
    Every statement is naive.
No, murder is determined when they find someone who has been murdered.

The dead body is the murder.

Keep trying, you'll be right eventual

You've spent this entire time claiming a homicide isn't a homicide until someone is convicted.

Your argument is a joke on the surface.

If you'd like to keep reinforcing how little you actually know about it, be my guest.

Wrong. I’ve claimed a dead body is a suspected homicide until the death certificate says so and the DA citifies it and the authorities-including the investigation and judicial system render an outcome. Until an outcome is arrived at, it’s a suspected homicide which can appear on the cause of death by a medical examiner . If a perp is tried and found innocent due to related factors and the deceased is found to have committed suicide, the cause of death can easily be altered.
Your miss use of the English language says everything but.
Read your own post. “The dead body is the murder” .....
WTH does that mean ? Dead bodies are murders ? No they are not. Ideally the determination leading to a declaration of a homicide which requires evidence, investigation and a decision.
murder is determined when they find someone who has been murdered.” .

    Delusional.

You never read your own references have you ?
“ murder” is not a cause of death. A stab wound or gun shot wound to the chest is a cause of death. You’re obscenely uninformed.
    Read.....
“The cause-of-death section is designed to elicit the opinion of the medical certifier. Causes of death on the death certificate represent a medical opinion that might vary among individual medical-legal officers. A properly
    11
completed cause-of-death section provides an etiological explanation of the order, type, and association of events resulting in death. The initial condition that starts the etiological sequence is specific if it does not leave any doubt as to why it developed. For instance, sepsis is not specific because a number of different conditions may have resulted in sepsis, whereas Human immunodeficiency virus infection is specific.”

“The dead body is the murder.”

This is the joke. A dead body is not a murder. Neither is it a homicide.
To murder some one is a crime. A body is an abject.

Just look at the way conservative republicans have been politically weaned by their donors and hand picked propaganda machines like the Koch Brothers, the NRA, heritage and Faux Channel.

Liberals are criticized for using science, being smart, balancing the budget and looking out for the health and well being of people in general while supporting individual rights.

Somehow, it’s political savvy to be greedy, self centered and really uniformed and afraid of every who isn’t white, while embracing our enemies and criticizing our friends and allies.

    Quote my entire response.

That will, of course, destroy your narrative.

I know "someone" is one word and that a body is an "object", but you keep trying.

    Wrong.
Some one (two words) is an adjective phrase that refers to any single member of a group (of either people or things).

It’s just as correct. Stay out of teaching “ any one” English.
Your statements are filled with tripe.

“ The dead body is the murder. “
    Wow, just wow.
“ No, murder is determined when you find someone who has been murdered .”
The juvenile, Trumpian nature of your use of the English language, has long been established.

"To murder some one is a crime" is not grammatically correct, even though you spent a lot of time looking for a way to make it right.

"Some one" used correctly refers to "one, of several possibilities".

"Some one of the peaches were rotten" is grammatically correct, but you'll never find anyone writing this way, as there are much better ways to write this sentence that are not as jarring to the reader.

"To murder some one is a crime" when talking about dead bodies is not only grammatically incorrect, it doesn't even make sense.

"Someone" is an indefinite pronoun used to identify an unspecified person, which is the only possible way to use it in this scenario.

    As usual.....your comments are wrong.

Someday, some one of them might make sense. Maybe some day next week.

    I doubt it though.
