I did some research on Near Death Experiences and it's enough to form a belief that all sentient brains experience the same process... we all experience death firsthand the same way. Flash of light, your life in seconds, a feeling of being out of body etc...

But I am amazed that there is no PROOF of any of this as anything more than the death throes of brain death!

I am amazed there are no religious, scientifically-proven cases of life after death! Not even one!

    This gives me four options:

    1. The brain dies when you die and there is nothing more- you cease to exist.
    2. You sentience moves up to the next level.
    3. You can have near-death experiences AND PROOF... INFORMATION.
    4. You can experience what everyone else dying experiences and come back with the same vision everyone dying sees, based on our chemistry.

I prefer option five, where your soul carries over and up.

But there is absolutely no proof this happens.

    Stuck.

This was how Jesus was resurrected.

    1. Put dead Jesus in tomb.
    2. Close tomb.
    3. Jesus is now both dead and alive.
    4. Open tomb until Jesus is alive.

Probability of Jesus's Resurrection is 1/(2^n) n being how many times you open the tomb.

You have missed two great studies on this. The secular research seen on a recent PBS program and the Christian research found in the Words of the Holy Bible.
