No, Arabs didn't write it into law, except for the fact that it was legal, as they enslaved millions and millions of Africans for a thousand years before America was a country. They castrated them because they could fetch a higher price for them.

I still don't see what your point is. Slavery is wrong no matter what it's based on.
And mankind attempted to squash slavery and serfdom during the late modern era.

No, it's the other way around. The US invented its own form of black only race based slavery as was outlined in the book I cited.

They didn't invent it, no, but they did develop racial slavery's last real manifestation in a dominant Western nation and this has effects that continue to this day.
