A well regulated militia and the common law.

    In my opinion, there could be some moral benefit to our State and the Union, if a culture of militia service were to be inculcated via the common law as an alternative form of sentencing for people who keep and bear Arms.

    We could be lowering our tax burden and end our war on crime by instilling the character of a well regulated militia upon those people who keep and bear Arms who appear before the judicatures of the several States or the Union.
