    If you stand with Trump, you stand for open borders. Trump is using his influence that there is NOT a bipartisan deal to secure the border.

    If you really want to secure the border, you would support the bipartisan approach. And oppose trump.

    Wrong. 25 States do. That's half, not most. 25 States will stand with Colorado removing Trump from their ballots if SCOTUS rules against them. Texas and the GOP has shown that SCOTUS can be ignored and that the Constitution is just a meaningless piece of paper they proudly wipe their ass with.

    The president can federalize the national guard, AFAIK, to execute the laws of the union, suppress insurrections and repel invasions. He can also federalize it to quell egregious domestic disturbance if requested by a governor. Which would be Biden's reason????? Sounds like all of the reasons are what Abbot is trying to do and Biden is trying to stop him.

    No. The court did not say that Texas can’t put up razor wire and other barriers. Only that the feds can cut it. So they put it up faster than the feds can cut it and then go back behind the feds and put it back up again. The border patrol union already said they aren’t going to go up against their friends in the Texas National Guard or Texas LEO’s.
