"So, we might "die" ten or twenty times before that but our movie keeps going as if nothing happened" Yeh Thats there. Lol Not
If you believe in an all-powerful God thing, why would that be impossible? After all, you only know for sure that you are "real." Everything else could be an illusion. Don't you believe in such things as spirits, angels, demons, ghosts?
Lol. You're literally making up up random crap that doesn't exist in the bible and then ask "why wouldn't it be possible?"
The Bible is just a collection of ancient ethnocentric Middle Eastern Jewish religious fairytales. Why do you even believe in it when you don't even understand any of it?
While that is very true, the correct way to analyze the biblical fairytale is to link the stories to one or more of the real Ten Commandments. When you do that you should be able to determine if the story is about compliance or disobedience to the particular commandment. Try it and see what you think. Remember, the Bible does not teach morality. It teaches complete obedience and total loyalty to the Boss (God, the emperor, the chief priest, the king, the family father). Disobedience to any of them warrants the death penalty.
But wouldn't that have merely allowed Jesus to fulfill His mission, of dying for our sins, much more swiftly? Is God against efficiency?
Mary was selected by God because He already knew her nature. She absolutely would not have aborted. But if she had, do you think God could not have re-sent Gabriel to a more dependable vessel? Choice is imperative for Christians. Without choice we lose our place with God and become secondary beings next to the angels rather than above them. But, in alliance with you, it is important to make the right choice. But no one else can do that for you. Nor should they.
we do not know who the real father was, but yes, she had a huge incentive to keep to the script of it's God's baby, otherwise she be stoned
That has nothing to do with women’s right to choose. But yes, her village was planning on stoning her. Instead, Joseph promptly married her and raised the child as his own.The scriptures even trace Jesus’ lineage through Joseph, all the way back to King David, rather than through Mary. Problem solved?
LOL! Again your post has nothing to do with the topic which is all about women's right to choose. But yeh. How about you?
“Fairy tales,” serve as a sugarcoating. There is usually a grain of truth, or lesson to be learned, at the root of most every, “fairy tale.” So to blanketly dismiss or endorse all fairytales, each in their entirety, is an error which usually signifies a shallow intellect. So can you name three fairytales which do not have some semblance of reality at their core?
Snow White is a great example, and believable lesson [moral], of love prevailing over adversity and the evil power which envy may manifest against innocence. it is said that there is also a statement likely being made about the child labor practices of the time. The Brothers Grimm, authors of the Snow White tale, are generally known to have based their stories on real living characters’ lives. The Snow White tale is likely based on the life of a certain Maria Sophia, from the German town of Lohr am Main, near Bamberg, in Bavaria, or; less likely the life and travels of Margaretha von Waldeck from the Siebengebirge (7 Hills) of the Netherlands. You may review both of these characters’ lives, respectively, at these 2 separate links: https://www.ancient-origins.net/news-history-archaeology/snow-white-0012402 and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Margaretha_von_Waldeck. So there is a core of truth within the Snow White story. But the challenge is for naming three. You only gave one, and it was easily dismissed. Maybe you should quit while you're only on strike one? Right?
If Jesus had been aborted, wouldn't he have still died for our sins? The purpose of Jesus being born was to die anyway, what difference did it make when they killed hiim?
LOL! There was a much darker story at Pinocchio's root. But the main, generally accepted, theme regards the idea of what it means to be a, "real," person and that it goes deeper than flesh, reminding us all that: love, selflessness, and acceptance are the real keys to being human ~ not just being made of flesh and bone. The point I made earlier is that these classic, "fairy tales," hold believable truths at their cores. You can google any others which you may come with for yourself. And if along the way you have trouble with the truth, or find your proboscis growing longer, you have no one to blame but yourself.
