About this "It is not impeachable" nonsense!

    The Constitution does not define High Crimes and Misdemeanors in reference to impeachment and so since littering is a misdemeanor he could be impeached for EVER having done that. In other words the politically partisan leftist dominated House of Representatives can essentially impeach Trump for having the audacity to breathe. Just as Obama could have been impeached for oh so very many things that the collective Left would have considered frivolous. Frivolous but legal grounds for impeachment.

    The thing is that once you begin using the essentially open-ended power to impeach for strictly partisan political reasons -- as the Left is now so clearly doing -- then the nation as a whole begins discounting the political legitimacy of the party that obviously is playing politics with the Constitution itself and with the actual INTENTION of the Constitution. The impeachment clause is meant to protect the nation; not to allow a corrupt political party to play politics. One can argue that the Right played such politics for Clinton's impeachment during the 1990s, and the end result of that was not good for the GOP. Now the Dems are doing precisely the same thing.

    End result? Essentially the poisonously partisan political Left in this nation are handing Trump his re-election just as the Right did for Clinton. That's nice of them.

    He was considered trash and totally unfit for public office by almost every high-ranking Republican.

    Eh. He's only guilty of complying with a Treaty that has the force of law. He shouldn't have had to ask Ukraine to help fight corruption. Ukraine was obligated just as Trump was.

    How long should it take for Democrats to read the Treaty they passed and Clinton signed? OK. I know. Democrats don't read. That's why they had to pass Obamascare so they would know what was in it by the number of people who died.

    No "nonsense" there at all, Rod.

    Almost every top tier Republican judged Trump to be unfit for the office before he won the nomination.

    And they were right.

    Um . . . Biden did brag about it. Does ignoring that somehow make it just go away? Sort of like ignoring when Obama told the Russians over an open mic that he would have more flexibility after his re-election . . . meaning that he intended to lie to this nation regarding his real intentions. The Left almost caused themselves an injury ignoring that -- oops! -- moment.

    Since not one of the witnesses could name a crime and Nadler is now repeating the Schiff for brains claim of evidence of conspiring with Russia after the Mueller report didn’t find any the stretch is now all the sufferers bag.

    Every witness was pointedly asked if they witnessed a crime. Zero were able to.

    Just because you believe the dem clown show narrative doesn’t make it true.

    Hoosier8 can handle himself, but I'll jump in. Not one witness -- that's none, zero, zilch -- witnessed an impeachable offense. All said they heard about some Trump action that they had an opinion that they though might be impeachable. So if you correctly assume that hearsay evidence does not count and the witnesses don't know anything of fact about impeachment, your claim is completely moot.

    If you want to assume...assume.

    I listened to what each witness said...and EVERY ONE OF THEM TESTIFIED TO CONDUCT THAT WAS IMPEACHABLE.

    But to you people who would justify Trump shooting someone on Fifth Avenue...I can understand all the trouble you are having with that.

    Hey...no problem. It makes me smile...and laugh out-loud at times.

    I am now sure you never watched any of the testimony. The witnesses all replied to made up questions from the democrats if their invented narrative would be a crime. None, that is zero, of the witnesses witnessed any crime. I guess you really have to jump through hoops to keep the faith in Schiff for brains.

    If I ask you if Trump shot someone in front of the public if that would be a crime. Anyone would say yes. That it never happened does not appear to crack that skull of yours.

    How many of "all" actually witnessed actions that they opined was impeachable? ANS: ONE. Name any others that you claim otherwise.

    This is getting tiresome.

    McConnell never said one word about impeachment and never accused Obama of any criminal activity, especially criminal activity with no basis. You're trying to compare (confuse?) bicycles with planets. He was referring to making Obama a one-term president the old fashioned way -- without an overthrow or coup attempt.

    You might try comprehending the post before shooting yourself in the foot. The post said "actually witnessed," which to the uninformed does not include hearsay. The other was "opined" that the actions were impeachable. The two or three kingpins that your silly link used never opined anything was impeachable. So try again to name more than one.

    Schiff is in the case of Trump. Looks like Nadler is as well.
