IT has been the game for tRumpublicans to look for and manufacture President Biden missteps. We don't have to look for tRaitor tRump breaches of cognition, he provides them on the news daily, and more frequently as time goes by. I can claim that President Biden is mentally competent. He's doing the hard work of being President every day. While tRaitor tRump is out grumbling about our national institutions, tearing down the country he fantasizes of leading all while foaming at the mouth.

 

I'm 10 years younger than Trump. I forget the names of actors, movies, athletes, all the time. So do my contemporaries.

I'm more concerned with this. "He was the White House doctor, and he said I was the healthiest president, he feels, in history. So I liked him very much."

Indicating he surrounds himself with people who flatter him. Who lie to him. Who aren't there to tell him about things as they are. They're there to tell him what he wants to hear. Prez's need to be told the truth so they can make fact based decisions. Trump has no interest in the truth because it is often so unflattering.

Trump not remember a doctor he saw at least annually is concerning. When you add in the fact that in the OP, he forgets what he said 10 seconds earlier, something is amiss.

He said it wouldn't be a lie for someone to say they had lunch with him when they had not, in fact, had lunch with him. The democrats are scared to release the Special Counsel Hur video of Biden . It if was not a problem, why would they not release it.

 

The only reason the committee (who, themselves have avoided subpoenas . . . which you didn't have a problem with) wants the audio is to clip it for their ads. They have the transcript. I'm actually doing you a favor. All you have to do is dump Biden, and your side wins. Biden is the only Democrat that has a chance of losing to Trump. Even "Giggle Puss Haris" would probably beat Trump because the young people would flock to her as not only the first female president, but a Black president has well. What if all she can do is laugh? That's Horse poop. Everything President Biden does "officially" has made a good showing for our country. He is always polite and kind, which where some of the doctored footage claiming he's confused comes from, when actually he's just being patient - EVEN THOUGH he's the most powerful man on the world stage. I have yet to see him push another dignitary out of his way, OR be laughed at by a huddle of world leaders.

A guy falling asleep in court however, cannot be assumed to be sleep apnea. That conclusion/implication is truly absurd. People can and do nod off for countless reasons. Hell I used to fall asleep in class in high school all the time. I most certainly did not have sleep apnea in high school. I was just bored, and sometimes when people drone on endlessly, people can nod off from time to time. Such a thing is not uncommon even slightly. If you knew that he falls asleep every day in the afternoon you could then begin to ponder whether that was sleep apnea, but nodding off during a long day in court one or a few times? Cmon.

I agree. The more important issue is in regard to his significant memory lapses. But, hey, I'd also agree that those could be completely innocent. Do you extend Biden the same courtesy? If you are one of the ones calling Biden senile (remember this forum has a search feature), then we have to say the same for Trump.

 

People see what they see.

The general public (meaning not political types) see Biden as perhaps likely to be incapable cognitively of handling the job. I would agree. The notion of him being President in 4 years is preposterous in my eyes. I believe he is more likely to be under nursing care in 4 years than being President.

This same perception does not exist for Trump, except amongst partisans that are dyed in the wool leftist voters.

When it is all said and done however, Its not about what you or I think. It is what the general public thinks, and they see your guy as being far worse off. There is a very real reason why even many leftists are contemplating having Biden replaced on this ticket.
