Biden may not present the kind of Kennedyesque persona where he was a master at articulation, . charm and looks. Biden is a folksy elderly gent that CARES deeply for the country and wants to work WITH the R's to get things done. It is the R's that have played the resisteive game and pollitics holding things back.....as they care about POWER above country. Trump wants absolute power and has boldly said so.
