Too much garbage there to tackle en masse, so I'll stick to the most wrong thing.

As section 3 states, there must be an insurrection or rebellion agains the Constitution, not the government.

The process was attempting to follow the constitution and it was stopped

The 2nd sentence in bold presents 2 completely opposing concepts...

This case must end up at the Supreme Court, where an actual "originalist" would find Trump can be disqualified from any state ballot.

But don't worry... his "supporters" can still write him in...

Thank you for a coherent and honest response. I do think I get what you are saying and you probably explained it well.
I do disagree with some of what you wrote, for example I DON'T think the Dems would have treated any other Republican candidate the same, but I understand your reasoning.
Again, thanks for taking the time to answer the question straight!

And you were doing so well!!!! LOL
As neither a Republican nor a Democrat, I think we need a healthy balance. Too much of one or the other is, imo, not good and leads to many problems, so I wish for neither to have a "downfall", but they will wax and wane over time.
I think you're wrong about the left, but at this point it is all conjecture and I'll just politely disagree!

I don't know about that but who can explain that Trump was the first President to be impeached twice? Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were both impeached once, and Nixon was almost impeached but resigned from office before that happened.

There must have been a reason for this.

There is a reason for everything, doesn't mean they are good nor rational reasons.
