    Yep. And plenty of kids are abused sexually and otherwise in HETEROSEXUAL relationships; in fact, most are. (Go figure.)

    the gay movement has gone too far pushing that gay people are somehow different from everyone else because they have sex differently

    the other major faux pas is to get all huffy every time someone with a different opinion speaks out. That is the dog crap that the gay movement keeps stepping in. It's not that people care how you have sex, to the contrary. The pushback is against the leftist methodology that the gay movement embraces. The country is heading back to good values and denouncing liberalism. The gay movement had best find a way to drop the entitlement mentality and become part of the overall solution and stop being viewed as nothing more than whiners like the rest of the left.
