After Trump gains with Hispanics, GOP fortunes accelerating with America's biggest minority

Maria Salazar, a freshman Republican from Florida, said in an interview Sunday night the shift is happening nationally because many Hispanics equate Democratic policies like big government spending, higher taxes, more regulation, and critical race theory with socialist countries from which they or their ancestors fled.

"We share the same values that are entrenched in the Republican party. God fearing, law abiding, tax paying," she said. "Not only that, that we are Americans, we’re not socialists, We want to come into the country and we want to contribute," Salazar told Fox News.

The Democrats constant talking down of America is also backfiring with Hispanics who take great pride in their immigration to the United States, Salazar added.

"We come here for two things. We come because we know this is the promised land, we want to share those fruits," she told host Trey Gowdy. "And we want to have a better economy. We want to be able to go from rags to riches which is what this American exceptionality promises."…

This article is right. The recent GOP gains and democrat losses among Hispanic Americans is becoming more obvious. Thanks go to Real Clear Politics for listing this article on their site. Virginia was a great test case as to the issues affecting that community and Hispanics breaking for the GOP was the difference in that state which now has a Republican Hispanic American Attorney General

 

It’s all about the economy and business climate, low taxes, quality of education, and individual freedom. The democrats lurch to total open borders and socialism are not at all what proud pro America people want.

 

Hispanics also very religious as a rule and don't like the Democrat's atheist orientation.

No. Hispanic Americans who came here legally and did everything the right way would be highly offended by such a thing being allowed.

 

Why would they be offended? It was easy for most of them. They were qualified for a job that no American was qualified for. Or they won a drawing. Or they married.... Try working for measly salaries, working their back off for years, paying taxes, contributing to SS, with nothing to show in return. Most of them being brought here as children with no say on whether to be here or not. They have contributed to this country, and deserve to become citizens. And now you don't have the excuse that Democrats are building a base of voters.

 

And I’m pretty sure most of them don’t think men can get pregnant.

 

Democrats believe Latinos are the future of their party, they even put it in a memo. California is losing people to other states, that means less congressmen and less electoral votes, so they’ll still take all the illegals they can get as long as they’re counted in the census.
