As someone who is now legally an adult (as from the 14th of this month) and can no longer be accused of being a callow and spotty youth, I must point out that I saw no admonition in the OP for adults to have sex with 13 year old girls.

I am sure I would not have put the case quite as the OP did - "All teeneagers should engage in sexual realtions..." - but I do not see any reason to suppose he is a pædophile (please note the spelling - a 'pedophile' tends to suggest someone who is enamoured of feet).

I also consider the recommendation of the OP to be somewhat redundant, as few teenagers I know need any encouragement to engage in sex. But I tend to agree that the so-called 'adult world' is sometimes unnecessarily paranoid about teenagers having sex with each other. Responsible sex between mutually consenting teenagers is not anything to get concerned about.

Speaking for myself, I have to finish high school (this year) and face another four or five years of university, then build up a practice, before I am in the financial position to support a family. I am not going to risk a potentially successful professional career for a 'quicky' behind the bus stop (no matter how awesome the chick is). Most teens I know hold exactly the same view. Rumours of our moral demise and uncontrolled fecundity are much exaggerated.
