The appeals process for Amanda Knox's trial has finally begun, but things are already starting to look bad for the wrongly convicted and relentlessly demonized college student. The Italian Supreme Court has upheld the sentence of Rudy Guede, which would imply (according to the article) that they've accepted the prosecution's utterly fantastical and laughably implausible version of events. How anyone, let alone a judge on Italy's supreme court, could believe that steaming pile of dung is beyond me. Anyone who has taken the time to look past the media's outlandish hype and idiocy can see that Amanda Knox is undoubtedly 100% innocent. If Amanda Knox's conviction is upheld by the Italian Supreme Court, it will be an epic miscarriage of justice and an irreparable indictment of the Italian judicial system, which has already demonstrated just how amateurish and incompetent its lower level courts truly are. If she's convicted I will never buy anything made in Italy ever again, and I will never visit their country as long as I live. Anyone who wants to see how unbelievably flawed the prosecution's case is, please visit the following website and read veteran FBI agent Steve Moore's analysis. You will be absolutely amazed just how bad it is... http://www.injusticeinperugia.org/FBI.html Makes me sick to my stomach.
Thanks to my shunning of TV, I'd never heard of her until Drudge kept her on the page for two days. Much to be said for 86ing that worthless medium.
If you don't want to read Moore's lengthy analysis, here is an interview that sums it up pretty well: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkQrIqmoUcQ&feature=player_embedded"]YouTube - FBI Agent Steve Moore Claims Amanda Knox Is Innocent of Murder ABC News[/ame]
This sort of thing doesn't really exist outside of tragedy TV. Could be a great injustice, I dunno. But I do know I avoided hearing anything about it by not watching TV. Lots of stories like that. They are almost all trivial.
Well, that may be true, generally speaking, but I can assure you this one is anything but trivial. Amanda Knox was railroaded by an overzealous prosecutor and convicted in the court of public opinion by the sensationalist reporting of the Italian media. I would bet my life on her innocence.
My, what a thoughtful and substantive contribution... Just like the Italian media, you are a disgusting sexist pig.
Amanda given another chance at justice... Italian court OKs evidence review for Knox Dec 18,`10 ) -- Amanda Knox won an important victory in her appeals trial of her murder conviction in Italy on Saturday, when a court ruled that it will allow an independent review of crucial DNA evidence after defense claims that samples were inconclusive and possibly contaminated.
This is the kind of justice system you get when you let clueless leftist losers run things for too long. e.g. Holders justice dept. and the Black Panther voter intimidation case that was dismissed because it is not possible for Black leftist losers to commit such crimes. Makes me sick to my stomach also. Leftists suck.
Well, I recall listening to an FBI Agent adamantly proclaiming the innocence of John and Patsy Ramsey..... No one could ever convince me that they did not know something about the murder of their daughter, JonBenet....... I listened to some of the case against Knox, who called herself, "Foxy Knoxy" lol! I heard some pretty compelling evidence against her ... but, who knows? If she is innocent, I hope she's cleared, but if guilty ... well.....
