    Where does one start?
Iran more democratic than the US? How?
Who wrote the article you linked, what are his/her credentials?

Protest is reported and being discussed, everywhere. Go look.

Over regulation. Well duh, we have figured that out a long time ago. Yet, let me venture a guess here.
The same people who protest Wallstreet are the same who cherish the EPA, and everything Government, have voted for Obama, and are still behind him.
Sadly, on the other side of the political divide, those who rally for less Gov are the same who call Dr. Paul a kook.

While you bring up some good points, I find
    the title, the OP, misleading
the entire concept not well researched and too broad.

I hate that people keep talking about me as if I'm a slave. As if someone owns me.

I'm a single male with his own place, a 30k a year job, health insurance, building excellent credit and soon will have enough saved up for actual real investment to start looking at my retirement when less than 5 years ago I was flipping burgers in a Wendy's for 7.50 an hour.

The system worked for me. I don't understand why it can't work for anyone else or how I'm a slave when outside of my employment hours, I can do whatever the (*)(*)(*)(*) I want, when I want.

I think the poster is, in part, concerned about bureaucracy in general. Its what sets us apart from many other countries.
While it is a hindrance in many ways, its also a safety net, although far too invasive.
Just look at i.e. lemonade stands we have discussed here before. While, years ago, kids just made and sold lemonade, now they have to worry about permits and whatnot.

That part is very true. We have the same disease that every old Republic eventually develops throughout history. Top heavy bureaucracy. The Romans caught it, the Byzantines continued with it and it got worse to the point that the Muslims picked them clean.

Then the Dark Ages before the enlightenment finally brought about us.

We now have the same rotten illness, a near hereditary Bureaucracy class that exists on favortism and cronyism. But any attempts to reduce the size of the system always devolve down to "Why do you want to take away people's jobs?" as if once someone is hired by the Government, it's a guaranteed job for life. That is hereditary Government bureaucracy IMO.

Yes, neither US, nor Europe, nor any white-created country are truly free now.
We are enslaved by banks. They brainwash us, like banks are helping us by giving us loans, so that would could by house and/or go to a university, etc.

    Let's see if it's true.
Mortgage/loan makes houses more affordable -> demand rises -> price rises -> now, people HAVE to take loan, including these, who would be able to buy a house for cash, if there would not be any loans. Enslavement cycle is now shut.

It's obvious, that if there would not be any loans, the product would not be traded and according to a market economy(supply-demand), the price will fall to "traded" levels and the bank would not be able to get our hard earned money doing nothing. They are "middle mans", parasites.

Bank is interested in high prices on products, because if prices are low and people are able to afford it without getting into debt, then nobody would not take loans.

So, loans actually inflate a price, making already expensive product more expensive.

So, it means "you owe to the death". Or even better saying - you are a slave to the death.

I still don't understand why US is calling itself as country of wealth and prosperity, while most people live in debt to the end of their lives.

Banks also playing unfair game by issuing loans on $1 deposit, brought by people like you and me - something like $10 and get they % on that. So, on every $1 they can issue something like $10 in loans. Is it fair, while we have to work for these money? Yes, we are slaves.

Also they got bailed out on tax payer, out hard-earned money and their top managers got multi-million bonuses for all their failures. Did their victims, tax payers got "bailed out"?

Banks should start lending again?! Noooooo! To hell them! I am not taking any loans, unless they are 0%. You?
I would say I need a bank only to keep my money and do transfers. That's it.
