    Really?

Anheuser-Busch Restructures with Layoffs. “In a move aimed at streamlining its operations and adapting to changing market dynamics, Anheuser-Busch, the world’s largest brewer, revealed its decision to lay off positions across its U.S. corporate staff."

'The smartest thing they could do is relocate marketing back to St. Louis and become reacquainted with their customers. Marketing execs that would prefer to stay in New York are the problem.'

And I still don’t care. 90%+ donations to Republicans — they are getting what they deserve.

This fiasco is not going away anytime soon. It's amazing how a mere two marketing people can destroy a brand.

Bar in Buffalo, NY, banishes Bud Light for good in viral video following Dylan Mulvaney fiasco

Bud Light has become so unpopular at a Buffalo, NY, bar that it was completely removed as the Dylan Mulvaney fiasco continues to haunt the Anheuser-Busch brand.

Daniel M. Keem, a YouTube personality and podcaster, posted video on social media showing his local bar doing away with the brand that has long held the title of the nation’s most popular beer.

“My local bar finally gave up & is removing Bud Light completely from the bar permanently,” Keem wrote in the caption of the post that he uploaded to the X social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

In the video, a local bartender is seen removing the Bud Light handle from the beer tap and replacing it with a handle that bears the logo of Miller Lite.

Having worked for a local Bud distributor for 6 years that was a very good experience, I feel sorry for those who are now seeing horrible business results from something they had nothing to do with.

When InBev bought AB back in about 2006, it was considered to be a hostile takeover by the family members. They were right.

Actually, that doesn't seem to be the pattern at all.

Stick a fork in Bud Light - it's done

'Many Anheuser-Busch distributors say they are resigned to their painful Bud Light losses — and that they have given up on luring back disaffected customers following the Dylan Mulvaney fiasco'

'After four months of hiring freezes and layoffs — with some beer truck drivers getting heckled and harassed even as Bud Light sales have dropped by more than 25% — Anheuser-Busch wholesalers have accepted that they have lost a chunk of their customers for good — and need to focus on a new crop of drinkers.'

'“Consumers have made a choice,” said an executive at a Texas-based beer distributor who did not want to be identified. “They have left [Bud Light] and that’s how it’s going to be. I don’t envision a big percentage of them coming back.”'

See, now that was always the smart take.

Bud Light's stock is down, their sales are down, employees are being laid off and it's Mulvaney who claims he's the victim.

Excellent. Hopefully this utter trashing will cause Bud to stop contributing to Republicans. I want all corporate money pulled from Republican candidates. Let the Democrats have it all. Let the Democrats represent the corporations and the Republicans represent everybody else.

Except republicans don’t represent everyone else.

They push for religious laws against the non-religious
They push to make women’s bodies property of the state
They push to remove the rights of gay and trans people (and intersex people by association)
They push to remove food programs for children
They push to raise the voting age to citizens that can be drafted for war

If you are not a religious old white middle class (or wealthier) man — the Republican Party doesn’t represent you.

You posted that when their market cap was down $5B.

Anheuser-Busch lost a staggering $390 MILLION in second quarter after Bud Light’s sales to retailers plunged 14% after brand’s partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney. “Figures show that their total US revenue declined by 10.5 percent in the April-to-June period from a year earlier.”

    Seems like a story.

'Bud Light's popularity has been dropping since brewer Anheuser-Busch teamed up with Mulvaney, 26, in April'

    Marketing 'genius'

'The brand's ousted marketing chief Alissa Heinerscheid, 39, said she planned to update the 'fratty' and 'out of touch' branding.'

Bud Light Falls Further, Modelo Extends Lead as Best-Selling US Beer

    Seems like a story.

'Bud Light sales for the single week were down 26.8% on a dollar basis and 30.3% by volume, while fellow Anheuser-Busch brand Budweiser suffered – to a lesser degree – with dollar sales down 10.5% and volume sales down 14.4%.'

Actually it's down $25B in market cap. Are you sure you are an investor?

Anheuser-Busch Resorts To 'Bribing' Distributors In Effort To Keep Bud-Light On Shelves
    [IMG]
'Anheuser-Busch's emergency relief program for beer distributors has been extended by the brewer to keep Bud Light on store shelves after its disastrous 'woke' advertising with trans-TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney earlier this year. The move certainly looks like a 'bribe.''

    We'll never forget.
