If one looks at the released 2020 FD-1023.... It is a second hand event.... it is Smirnov (who's name we never knew until last Fri.) telling the FBI handler his recall of what Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky, former energy minister in the ousted Yanukovich government had told him about the Shokin being fired and ...
Zlochevsky has disappeared since 2014... So the FBI has not, and Smirnov can not... possibly verify the initial story or whether Smirnov was ever lying...

This is about Biden and Obama's involvement in the blackmail of the Ukrainians to fire Shokin. In that FBI FD1023 is Zlochevsky saying "Don't worry Hunter will take care of all of those issues through his dad"...
