The vaccines have just started. As more people get them people will want to open up schools and such again. I can see where people do not want the vaccine or give it to their children. Because the vaccine became available in such a short time no one really knows what the long term results will be.

I only take things personally, when they are stated as such:

Parents could be held accountable. Apparently, even with me providing it, the definition AND connotation of the word accountable still hasn't made it past your determination that someone who choses to apply bodily autonomy to an injection should not be held 'accountable' for anything. If a person wants and receives a vaccine, that is their choice. But the same goes for someone who does not want a vaccine. Since the person who received the vaccine should not be able to contract what they have been vaccinated for, then the only person who is should contract the condition being vaccinated for, is a person who chose not to receive it.

Responsibility comes from within the individual, accountability comes from other people directing guilt or blame.
