This man blinded a federal officer who was protecting a federal building in Portand by shining a laser into his eyes. He of course works for a nonprofit funded by billionaires. Meanwhile there are Jan 6 protesters still held in prison without trial to this day. Zero national coverage. None. The only reason we know of this is because of independent and local coverage.

Think about what his sentence would be if he had done this Jan 6 or to a person like Bill Gates/Nancy Pelosi. There is no rule of law in America. There is the rule of the elites.

I guess they won't be getting medals from the president?

Guy should get the book thrown at him. All the Jan 6th mouth breathers deserve what they're getting but there are plenty of other mouth breathers from the 2020 riots that need to get what they have coming too.

Doesn't the thread title need to match the title of the article?

I would prefer to drop the conclusion about any criminal's political persuasion and state that in my point of view ANY criminal should punished for what they have done. Your concern here isn't about the crime it is about politics.
