On 09 of December I contacted a renowned professor Noam Chomsky (text attached below) and suggested he could have addressed general public on a prospect of a forthcoming tragedy. I am certain that his opinion wll be heard and respected by many. Based on my own experience I am certain that leading politicians and intelligence of USA, UK and Russia have been fact conspiring to instigate major hostilities that would lead us ultimately to witness the start of third world war, nuclear one. Crisis in Ukraine, sanction against Russias, strong political statements on both sides that all is intended just for us, for public, or the laymen. I am sure that all that is envisaged by the most powerful people can not be considered as inevitable. People can change the course of events by clearly expressing their protest, their opossition. Otherwise we all are going to perish. More likely sooner than later. Unfortunately I have doubts that professor Chomsky has received my appeal. I think that both Russian and US intelligence could have easily blocke the server and prevented my e-mail to reach its recipient. Thus, in case you may chare my concerns and do care, please try to contact professor at MIT and re-send him my appeal to address the public. Preeously I have used his email address at MIT. I do not ask for a favour for me personally. I will do that for all of us, for youself and for those you care. Besides, that assistance would not require a lot from you. Just a little effort, just a little spare time. Dear Professor Chomsky, I have decided to contact you as renowned political activist since apparently I have no other option to warn people of forthcoming dire events. I do think that the reality we all live is much more sinister then the world described by brilliant writer Eric Arthur Blair in his book 1984 (by the way, I do not consider that person purely as a brilliant writer but by visionary as well). I have already made numerous attempts to address mainstream media (western and Russian) on my political allegations based on my previous professional and personal experience but, unfortunately, to no avail. People wont hear my voice. Besides, who am I to begin with for people to pay any attention to my warnings. First, I would dare to deliver a background on myself and my previous political allegations. I am Russian with jewish origin. I am a former investment banker. My predicaments with the Russian authorities started in 2005 when I contacted law enforcement agencies on alleged insider trading and market manipulation practices of my employer, Gazprombank (a banking arm of Russian gas giant Gazprom). I left Russia and applied for a political asylum in the UK. While residing in the UK I became the only witness for a group of US-based investors, minority shareholders of Russian YUKOS in their legal case that was launched in Washington, D.C. against the Russian Federation, Gazprom, Rosneft, Mr. Sechin and Mr. Kudrin (Allen, et al. v Russian Federation, et al., civil No. 05-2077, US District Court for the District of Columbia, action for expropriation of Yukos oil company). After I had contacted the Metropolitan police, HMQ, HRH prince Charles, major British politicians, many legal firms on my allegations of a conspiracy between Tony Blair, Putin and Gazprom my asylum request was denied irrespective of my witness status in a litigation against the Russian Federation. I have tried to escape persecution launched against me for mt political opinions and public political statement, I have tried to find another country to reside, I have tried many employments (tutor of English, insurance consultant, team member at McDonaldss, groom, cleaner and dish-washer at home for the aged, distributor of newspaper Metro), a have made many attempts to make my political allegations public, including those that are not related to YUKOS case. Some of my opinions and statements might be found in the internet in English There are some of my postings in Russian (in case you may find that of interest and can find someone who could translate) Major highlights of my previous allegations are listed below. As I have mentioned earlier, all my allegations and political statements that I have made are based on my professional and personal experience. 1. I am certain that Putin and his close colleagues (including Mr. Miller, the head of Gazprom) were involved in a number of criminal and dubious financial transactions (insider trading, market manipulation and etc.) including a purchase by Gazprombank (based on insider information) of a big block of YUKOS shares shortly after the visit of former Prime Minister of Canada Mr. Jean Chretien to Moscow for a unofficial meeting with Putin and Miller in Kremlin (held on 05.07.2004). Head of GML mentioned in his testimony to US Congress made in 2005 that shareholders of YUKOS had asked Mr. Chretien to act as an intermediary and use his influence to make Putin respect the law. 2. I am certain that Putin and Gazprom were directly involved in assassination of Mr. Kozlov, first deputy chairman of the Central bank in Russia in 2006 in Moscow following the investigation that was launched by the Central bank of my allegations against the top management of the bank. 3. I am certain that Putin and Gazprom financed a re-election campaign of 2005 of Tony Blair, then a Prime Minister of the UK provided a stipulation that when re-elected, Tony Blair would arrange for the UKs government support for the sale of the British holding company Centrica (that owns British Gas) to Russian Gazprom. 4. I am certain that Mr. Litvinenko was instructed by MI6 to act as an intermediary between MI6 and FSB, Russian intelligence service, in their combined campaign against me as a potential witness to the above-mentioned secret political arrangement, especially after I had become the only witness provided by a group of US-based investors, minority shareholders of Russian YUKOS in their legal case that was launched in Washington, D.C. against the Russian Federation, Gazprom, Rosneft, Mr. Sechin and Mr. Kudrin (Allen, et al. v Russian Federation, et al., civil No. 05-2077, US District Court for the District of Columbia, action for expropriation of Yukos oil company). Leonid Nevzlin, main shareholder of GML that reside in Israel and escaped persecution by the Russian state was visited by Litvinenko shortly prior to his poisoning in London in 2006. I am sure that Litvinenko, following instructions by MI6, persuaded Nevzlin that I was prepared to disavow my witness statement that had been included in the amended petition submitted to US District Court in July 2006. On his return to London Litvinenko received a payment and visited a London office of a security firm that was commissioned by GML (along with two Russian former intelligence officers that were later accused by the British in the assassination of Litvinenko. Shortly after their visit to that security firm, a group of agents from that firm left London for an identified mission. A mention should be made that I resided in a small town in north-west area of England waiting for a decision by the Home Office regarding my asylum application. I think I need to mention two coincidencies as well. Firstly, On 10.05.2012 I informed major media of my request to the Russian prosecutors (submitted in the morning that day) to launch an inquiry into alleged involvement of President Putin in insider trading related to the visit of Mr. Chretien. Later same day (Moscow has 8-hours time difference with Washington and New York) it was announced that Putin had called President Obama and informed him that he would not be present at G8 summit in Camp-David and Dmitry Medvedev was going to be present instead. Explanation that was announced was not reasonable and not well-grounded and sounded purely as an excuse. I think that such short period was not enough to avoid a probability of any journalist to ask a poignant question on a press-conference. Secondly, EU started an antitrust inquiry of activities of Russian Gazprom in Europe in September of 2012. Several weeks prior to that I contacted mass media on my story of a secret arrangement between Tony Blair and Putin and Gazprom. I equally assumed that other political leaders in EU might have reached similar secret arrangements with Kremlin (what in fact was mentioned in the book The New Cold War by Edward Lucas from the Economist related to a former German Chancellor Gerhard Shroeder). Based on my experience I do not consider that as a pure coincidence especially since I am not aware of any result of the above-mentioned anti-trust inquiry. And finally, the reason I have chosen to contact you and have the face to present my story as a background. My major concern and the only fear as per now are not my predicaments but the following. I am certain that we all now experience a pre-war stage. Current and forthcoming events (especially related to crisis in Ukraine) will ultimately lead to Third World War, which is going to be nuclear. The majority of humanity will perish. I am certain that although Putin and western leaders might surely have some different minor interests their major actions (as well real politics that are behind the scene and are not presented in public) are more or less well coordinated. What we all (the public) see is mainly a show designed by the powerful (implemented by politicians and the intelligence and assisted by mass media) for the laymen. I reckon the most powerful and rich people on the planet have decided there are too many people to control and they have no other option both to cope with growing population and to keep the structure of society intact unless they instigate major hostilities that will lead to World War that will solve all their problems and explain and justify everything that is going to happen (actually, that has already started to happen). I recognize that all that is mentioned above might be views by someone as another conspiracy theory and a work of a person that has mental and psychological disorder. But maybe, just maybe you may agree that my fears are well-grounded and there is a smoking gun both behind my fear and behind my allegations? I do believe that your voice might be heard then if there is anything at all that could prevent the tragedy we are all approaching. I reside in Moscow I expect that anyone may experience difficulties in any attempt to contact me should that person wish to explore this due to a tight surveillance imposed by Russian authorities. My phone was apparently disconnected several weeks ago (I do not have a mobile phone). All incoming e-mails or snail post are easily checked and destroyed by the Russian intelligence if they need that. I think the main reason I am still alive is due to an expectation that if the Russian authorities would order my direct assassination that will be viewed as a confirmation of my political statements and allegations. Equally, apparently Putin thinks that it is a sigh of his weakness if I am destroyed as a result of any straightforward and brutal effort instead of a more sophisticated plan. So the Russian authorities need to find a false excuse to accuse me of some criminal activity first. A can only add that a number of attempts to accuse me of a larceny have been already made but to no avail (at least as per until now). I reckon the only way to contact me (should you find that appropriate) is for someone to contact me in person while I am at work I distribute newspaper Metro in the underground in Moscow approximately between 07.00 10.30 AM (any business day) at a station Akademicheskaya (northen exit, you need to use a last wagon of the train arriving at a station from the center of Moscow).
