The rights of Black citizens and other voters to vote early has won over right-wing attempts that would have prohibited them from early voting. The importance of the American vote cannot be undermined and all eligible citizens are entitled to vote thus, the Federal Appellate Court has affirmed that right and with early voting now back on. Republicans had rolled back early voting days that the court found would have held back minorities and poor people from going to vote. They will now all get their chance to vote in the upcoming November elections.

    Fifteenth Amendment

Section I. "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude."
