Apparently Tulsa Based Quik Trip has not decided whether it will rebuild in Furgeson. Why would they? Chances are they would rebuild and be burned down and looted again. That is what people do there--loot and burn down. It brings to mind a nearby city...Tulsa...whose northern residents gripe and whine about the lack of businesses in their area. They consider it an entitlement---to have convenient businesses nearby. Grocery stores out of the goodness of their hearts (certainly not good business decisions) have tried to do business in North Tulsa, but have given up. http://www.newson6.com/story/26134998/north-tulsa-grocery-store-close-doors-early Shop lifters, armed robberies, and a general environment of depravity---makes it impossible. So my question---should businesses be forced to service these types of communities? Or should residents be given the stipulation to change the environment of the community?
