are hispanic men more perverted?

first im gonna show the demographics for my town:

citizens:27,886 (steadily growing and declining)
Hispanic - 10,923 (39.0%)
White alone - 10,784 (38.5%)
Black alone - 4,737 (16.9%)
Two or more races - 570 (2.0%)
Asian alone - 537 (1.9%)
American Indian alone - 265 (0.9%)
Other race alone - 171 (0.6%)

now... this isnt necessarily a race issue, but im just wondering if it just happens in my town. ive been much of a people watcher since i was little, so i observe peoples actions, and i notice whe young females walk by hispanics they instantly stare at her backside. i know your gonna say 'im sure all men of other races do that', but in this town, it seems to happen more with girls under 15, no joke! and the most messed up part is that this occurs mostly in a childrens park!! these men literally group up in parks just to ogle these females, and im like wtf!? after a while i got suspicious that a bunch a pedophiles had started moving into our town, and the local news didnt make it any better, cuz i noticed this started occuring more frequently after they named my town 'The Best Place to Raise Your Kids!' they pretty much gave pedophiles a great location!! so tell me if its just me? and if yes who do you think is more perverted? (cant say japanese cause anime already established that)

 

Oogling backsides doesn't make one a pedophile. Just like 14 yr old girls hanging out in a park doesn't mean they're there to use the playground equipment.

 

First, pedophiles are attracted to PRE-pubescent children and that doesn’t sound like what you are describing.

Second, there is likely some confirmation bias going on. If you are looking for Hispanics to act that way then you will be more likely to notice when they do, whereas you will be more likely to overlook people of other ethnicities doing so.

Third, I have lived in various places in Latin America and it IS more culturally acceptable for men to openly stare at women they find attractive, whereas those of us raised in the US tend to be more subtle in our “oggling”. I am speaking very generically of course.
