Much of a president's effectiveness is related to how he is perceived. Eisenhower was looked on as a kindly uncle, Clinton as a womanizer, Nixon as a stern man with a five o'clock shadow. Is Barack Obama beginning to be perceived as a crybaby? Lately he seems to be accusing everyone who does not agree with him of trying to get him. He has done this with FOX News and again with the Chamber of Commerce. It is kind of hard being seen as a strong leader if you are perceived as a whiner.
