    Why do you think I bought a PRIUS....YUCK!!! For my two female neighbors to use when they watch my home when I am gone overseas???

    Well I run every day because my very life depends sometimes on being able to move fast.

    Not that I have any right to tell you what to eat.....I do know that it is near impossible to obtain maximum strength and endurance without eating animal protein.

    Supplements just don't do the job and neither does eating non-animal protein.

    I am sure that for what you intend to achieve as far as health and body strength that your diet is fine.

    But for the necessary strength, endurance, energy level and speed required of me when doing a JOB....I need extremely dense muscle fiber.

    I am also a Master Diver with over 100 wreck dives to my credit and I have also used Rebreathers and Heliox for deep dives well over 250 feet down.

    I could not have the strength and energy necessary to do what I need to do eating a Non-Animal Protein and Fat diet.

    AboveAlpha...p.s...I need to consume anywhere between 4000 to 7,500 calories a day just not to lose weight.

    No. I don't have a graph for the sluttiness of womens attire but if you put sluttiness of attire on the vertical axis in the graph along with rapes per 1000 and charted that data below, you would see a clear, inverse relationships. And while correlation isn't causation, the argument could be made that women need to up the sluttiness factor in their attire to bring down the rate of rape some more.

    Back then things like AID's and Herpes Simplex 2 were unknown.

    The worst thing I ever got was Cat Scratch Fever but $3.99 and minutes in the shower later and all was fine!

    Actually we do not know how many men are raped by women but it is not insignificant or trivial
