The artist needs to be able to draw in a cartoon sketchy kind of way. As well as trees and landscapes. I need sort of an imagineer who can draw. The writer job pays 50K a year with 2 weeks paid vacation, and the drawer job pays base of 50k a year with commissions, bonuses, and residuals.
You need a graphics artist almost all of that sort of thng is done on computer these days and it's a fairly specialized skill. And about three different kinds of writers one of which is a tecnical writer. And any competent accountant can put together a viable business plan provded that the business in question is viable in the first place. The people I'm looking for are hard to find. The writer and the artist need to have a meeting of the minds so they each have the same vision. They both need to have an accurate vision of the master plan. The Spirit inspires the Creator, whom uses his mouth to convey his desire to create. The Creator speaks his vision into being. You need artists to draw it, and writers to tell you about it.
