Are There More Mass Shootings In States With Restrictive Gun Laws?

    It makes no difference. The gun violence issue is a Federal issue and Congress needs to act.

    YEs they need to abolish the ATF and repeal many of our current gun laws which are worthless and draconian

    Of course, that's just common sense, something that gun nuts lack. Face it, just because one state has tough laws, if someone can go across a state border to another state with looser laws and buy whatever he wants, then the gun laws where he lives mean nothing. Or order stuff through the mail.

    More people = more mass shootings. Or is this too much common sense?

    Plus, as Grizz says, guns can easily diffuse through state borders, so restrictive state and local gun laws mean nothing, unless the whole US adopts such restrictive laws.
