Are we to take this seriously or is it a joke?

The question is can we be sure this is an attempt to cast doubt on any Trump/Russia collusion or is Emin Agalarov subtly(?) warning Trump to obey Putin’s commands or he will be exposed - IE:- Blackmail?

I’ve posted this on the Humour & Satire section as I find it difficult to believe things have gotten to such a stage where we can’t tell a silly joke from something Trump would trigger. Seriously, even Trump supporters must be beginning to wonder what the hell is going on.
