Depends on the business in which they are engaged and the person engaged in it with them doesn't it? Business can be legal and legit or it can be a cover for illegal activity with all sorts of red flags attached as is the case HERE with overvalued worthless "art" as a means to transfer hundreds of thousands of dollars into the Biden family.

It depends. Having an established business first and later becoming a politician while the business still makes money is not wrong in my book and plenty of politicians do it. Then there's being a life long politician and donors buy things from your family that they probably never would have purchased if you werent' a politician is a bit different.
