I just want to see what kind of questions people have about women. Everybody else has a thread on the topic. I want one too.

with all respect why did women abandon good old fashioned values of cooking for men?

the corporations have poisoned us with chemical foods and unhealthy take out, we need more women who grow organic gardens like the good old days and made healthy and tasty meals for men.

What aspects of a man do you find most appealing, and in what order of importance?

I cooked all the time when my kids were still living at home. Had an organic garden too (tried to anyway). But I think if your better half doesn't like to cook, and you don't like takeout, then you should learn to cook.

Younger women are spoiled. Their heads are always stuck in their cell phones, or on the computer. I see them taking walks and they carry their phones with them. They don't have the time, or the resources for organic gardening. It isn't cheap to grow organic.

What do you think most men misunderstand about women?

They have to be smart. Nothing bores me so much as being around dull people. Being attractive helps, as does being experienced lovers. Nothing worse than a dud.

I hate to make this thread all about sex, but a man needs to appreciate a woman's body. Good sex usually means a good relationship.

thank you for your response and i agree with most of it, i just don't like to do women's work because i think its the women's job to support the man with light duties like cooking, while he takes on the world with more complicated work to better both of their lives.

I am old school, and agree; but don't say that too loud around the women today. You would be called a sexist, and I know you know that. I think some of the reason for not cooking anymore is that raising a family is the hardest job in the world. Women work because it is easier than staying home. They dump their kids off at day care, hire a house cleaner, and do not have to worry about wifely or family duties. When they work, they don't have time to cook. So it is takeout.

Women ask that same thing about males. Clash of egos, I guess.

Do you have children? If so, girls or boys, and ages?

Likely true...the thing is that "Men" eventually understand the futility in any attempt to tell a woman she is wrong. They also understand that she has something they require and will hide it if they do.

Three sons, over 21. LOL Don't you know you can never ask a woman her age. It is impolite.

I think most women know that they have something a man requires. Sounds like you have known a lot of "little miss can't be wrongs".

Do guys with a fetish bother you?

For instance I have a foot fetish. I like nothing more than sitting down to watch a movie with my wife and her feet are in my lap so I can massage her feet. Its not a turn on per se, just like rubbing her feet.

Why do women get mad at men for not knowing what they are thinking?

Right on! Not only intelligent, but also a good listener. I'm not speaking about just men here, but I've noticed that people seem to have lost their ability to listen, to hear what you're saying. When you say the last word during a conversation and 1/16th of a second later, he/she starts talking about themselves.....well, that's a dead giveaway. They didn't hear a word you said........only thinking about themselves.

And these guys who only want to talk about sex, I think are boring.

I'm a straight, white female also.........

I'm a woman, had been married, raised 3 kids, had been a stay-at-home mom until youngest was 10, then went back to work. I was lucky I could be a stay-at-home mom b/c my husband made good $, but a LOT of women weren't that fortunate and had to go to work to make ends meet.....and when that happens, it's only right that the man of the house pitch in and help w/the cooking and everything else that needs to be done....and often my husband did cook up a pot of spaghetti on a w/e and I'd mow the yard b/c I wanted to and needed a break from the stove. It worked for us.

Cooking is not necessarily 'women's work'. Some of the beset chefs in the world are men, cooking for presidents, royalty.......get a clue.

When my son was 10, I took him out to the kitchen and introduced him to the stove and taught him how to fry his own eggs, etc....he learned. When his wife told me he 'makes awesome pot roast', I said 'thank you!'.....

My hunny did that for me and never asked him to. I just threw my feet in his lap one eve while watching tv and he started massaging, then lotioning them, which led to him cutting my toenails.....what a treat!

the high divorce rate in america is caused by the corporations who caused women to give up on their original roles as the support system and caretaker of the household to work, because they stopped paying living wages due to corporate greed and families weren't able to make ends meet without two working parents.

it really ruined america for a whole generation, and our fundamental christian values which made america great.
