I only had pickled herring and the pieces I filled my face with have thus never consisted of an entire fillet. And I am not too familiar with Midsommar celebrations either Afterall I have no Swedish blood at all (unless some ancestor was raped by a viking), but I don't think pickled herring is that bad at all. Edit: I really should turn off my Swedish autocorrect, it makes my English to come out as worse than it actually is and me to seem a little more stupid than I really am.
You know....the Swedes seem to be just a bit too laid back for my tastes.
