    1996> One gun to every 26.14 Australians.

    2015> One gun to every 6.5 Australians.

    People are listening to the Liberals repeated warnings a terrorist is comming to murder you, and in typical Australian (not POME) fashion that be over their dead body!

    You really need sources if your going to quote figures, since you've made so much stuff up before anything from you without sources really does not beg any belief from me at least... just sayin

    ... here is an interesting graph showing the numbers since 2001;

    You wish!

    Flashing up unlicensed firearms when the subject is not about licensed firearms serves only to credit a troll!

    The linked article says nothing about illegal firearms.

    The difference is that before 1996 you could own AR15s and FN FALS (the firearms Martin used). Now you can't legally own them. Now you can own bolt action rifles.

    Bob Katters son in law is legally able to import the shotguns but Abbott has stopped the guns arrival.

    (Category D: pump-action or self-loading shotguns holding more than 5 rounds).

    Abbott could only do that with a personal illegal incursion upon a Government Agency!

    Since that little truth hit the media, Tony Abbott is nowhere to be seen!

    Yeah, you are really going to get unbiased reports about guns from the New Zealand peace movement. Har har har!!! Some of you lefties are sooooo gullible. If a statement supports your beliefs you look no further.

    Congratulations on comprehension. What's your point? It would be difficult if not impossible to assess the number of illegal firearms.

    I wouldn't mind if you didn't post so much invented nonsense.... data can be misrepresented easily enough under ideal conditions so you refusing to post sources just makes you look like your data is as much of an attempt at a joke as most all of your posts. I know you don't care of course.... but its a bit of a waste of your time to post stuff no-one believes. Most normal people are happy to post sources, after all they as you say have done the 'homework' LOL.

    You need to stop looking at the 'interpretation' of the stats and look at the stats instead. We have been over this again, and again. Howards gun laws achieved nothing.
