The Bakken oil fields in Montana which were shut down due to low oil prices are now trying to reopen but are running into problems getting parts and EMPLOYEES.
There is plenty at the border if Biden would expedite the green card process, maybe they will come in the right way? Also, they need more skill job training.
It seems the White House is now under pressure with rising oil prices, and an effort to try to temper inflation, so the White House and EPA are not coming down so hard on fracking. I wouldn't be that surprised if Biden ends up reversing course and silently giving approval to that oil pipeline to go forward, which was blocked before. The media probably wouldn't give much attention to it if he did it, since they don't want to make him look bad, and probably understand the political expediency of comprising environmental principles to try to help make sure Democrats get reelected.
Why does oil increase in value just because it becomes harder to obtain. How does that POSSIBLY INCREASE THE COST OF PRODUCING AND REFINING IT INTO SALEABLE PRODUCTS???? It is pure profiteering by the oil companies. Scarcity of unrefined oil does not drive up the price, greed does.
