so this is a question about banking. I'm a customer with Bank of America. I filled a fraud charge claim on August 18 for $250. This charge came out of my account. I have been given a TEMPORARY credit of $250 back. My question is does anyone know how the claim gets resolved and how long it takes. I called BofA and they told me the claim is open and could take up to 90 days. Yes I got my money but I want this resolved. It's a debit charge
