I do actually care about that very much. That's part of why I think we need fewer guns in our society

I'm retired military from a family of career military. I served 21 years and tried to go back in after 9/11. What have you done aside from spitting on our troops and ridiculing veterans?

Will you are not the Emperor of society and Society thinks that the amount of guns we have now is just right.

I don't know how you could have missed that. I'm a gun owner I'm a gun carrier I've never killed anyone I would hate to ever be pushed into it. But I would absolutely do it to save my life or the lives of others.

I never want to kill anybody that's an innocence I don't want to lose. He is a vet.

Thanks for validating my comment that you ridicule veterans.

Your refusal to admit you never served is understandable, but also common among those seeking to disarm American citizens.

if they didn't or we would be seeing people turning them in or destroying them. We could all eliminate 100% of the guns tomorrow if we all decided to destroy them. Yet we don't because Society thinks we have just the right amount.

I don't think that gun owners ever consider or even are aware of your delusional fantasy world.

As you can see above I pointed out that we could eliminate guns tomorrow if the society did not like them but we don't. Proving my point correct.

Agreed that the US is different from Australia, Britain and even Canada. Our culture denounced and revolted against the British monarchy while the Aussies and Canucks still put British monarchs on their currency out of reverence. While this cultural difference may be pooh-poohed by the LW anti-gunners, it's a fundamental difference between our cultures.

So we are inherently more lawless than the people we descended from and those who also descended from them? That's absurd.

Oh oh so people who own guns are not part of society?

So for exercising our rights we should be shunned.

It seems you suffer from an extreme case of prejudice

When you have evidence of this, please let me know.

Meanwhile, feel free to espouse Tory attitudes.

Yes... that's why you want to enact a ban that will do nothing to prevent those 20,000 deaths in any way.
What term did you use to describe people with no empathy, and how does it not apply to you?

That was YOUR claim..YOU said that were guns to be banned we would have a massive black market. I pointed out that what you claim would happen here hasn't happened there. Your response was that "we are different" from them...meaning we are inherently more lawless.. Now you say that's not true.

    Which is it?

Will we have a black market or not? They didn't...

But go ahead...talk in circles some more. It;'s what you do.

Speaking of being wrong.. tell us how your scheme will affect the 20,000 people who kill themselves with a gun every year.

But it has - why do you think DC's murder rate >5x the national average?
    Hint: Black market guns

Now tell us again why you don'r care about those 20,000 people who kill themselves with a gun.

What's that? Can't explain your lack of empathy for those 20,000 people?

The only “lawlessness” that would occur would be from lawmakers ignoring the constitution by banning the sale of some firearms. Obtaining what is ours by right, even if the current government forbade it, would be the right thing to do, especially when it results in the downfall of that corrupt government.

Who gives a damn what happened in the rest of the world? We ARE different than any of them. Ultimate power here lies with the people, not he whims of a corrupt body of politicians. If they get out of line, 300,000,000+ guns will correct their actions. It is the way it should be.
