Hahaha I'll admit it! It was hilarious to watch! Makes you realize how boring medieval fights with armor must have been. Game of Thrones seems to be the closest to the real thing. Simply battering and hacking people until they fall. The Russian team walking to and away from the fight was pretty funny, was it just me or did it look like neither team really cared! USA team needs to read some Hannibal. Letting yourself become enveloped is never a winning strategy on its own. Congrats to the Russians and thanks! Did indeed have fun watching
And actually, more of the "knights" won using Judo than sword fighting ..... As funny as this is to watch it definitely should not be on TV. Would be pretty funny if turned into a sport here in the states. I would LOVE seeing guys like Dumerville, Suggs or JJ Watt tossing people around with armor!
