Parents of two Benghazi victims have sued Hillary Clinton, arguing that she caused the death of their sons and later defamed them in statements made to the media, according to court documents.

“During her campaign for President, Defendant Clinton has negligently, recklessly, and/or maliciously defamed Plaintiffs by either directly calling them liars, or by strongly implying that they are liars, in order to protect and enhance her public image and intimidate and emotionally harm and silence them not to speak up about the Benghazi attack on at least four separate occasions,” Larry Klayman, an attorney for the families, wrote in his complaint

Can't say I blame them. She's called them liars on a few occasions, but nothing will come of this. After all even Hillary admitted she has a separate standard than everyone else.

I've seen at least two videos where Clinton said a anti Muslim video was the cause of the attack, plus there's also Susan Rice and Jay Carney. If our top leaders in government are saying a video caused the deaths of the 4 Americans in Benghazi then how is it possible to refute what the family members said? They said Clinton told them it was a video, and here we have Clinton on TV saying it was a video. Case closed.

Clinton had no authority to authorize anything militarily or defense related. This lawsuit is purely political and (*)(*)(*)(*)ing pathetic.

    .

Citizens are not allowed to sue the government over deaths of relations in war zones. That's actually established law. I hope these Benghazi (*)(*)(*)(*)ers get counter-sued by the Federal Government and ******ned destroyed financially and ruined.

I hope the Feds divest them of all life insurance and bequeaths, pensions etc. owed to them by the deaths of their sons.

    From the article

The suit also suggests Clinton's use of a private server to handle classified emails could have contributed to the deaths.

"Having used a secret private email server that we now know was used to communicate with Ambassador Christopher Stevens with confidential and classified government information, and which we also now know was likely hacked by hostile adversaries such as Iran, Russia, China and North Korea aligning with terrorist groups, it is clear that Hillary Clinton allegedly negligently and recklessly gave up the classified location of the plaintiffs' sons, resulting in a deadly terrorist attack that took their lives,” Klayman said in a statement

It is a long shot of a case. "Recklessly gave up the classified location", is a joke.

It's a nuisance case designed to score political points. It's unfortunate these families who have suffered a great loss are being used in a vindictive manner.

I hope something does come of it. Maybe this possibility is why Scalia died when he did.

The Emails have been investigated by more than 11 committees and the FBI and guess what, none of them contributed to anyone's death.

But it doesn't matter, a private citizen is not allowed to sue the Government over the deaths of soldiers/CIA, or government officials in war zones.

    PERIOD.

(*)(*)(*)(*) can you imagine WW2, or Vietnam if that was (*)(*)(*)(*)ing true?

How was her email not secure? Do you know?

Just a terrified elite who finally joined on July 22 when it realized Trump might win and blow up the whole ball game.

No one I know of has seen those she destroyed.

Because the FBI said it was less secure than a G mail account. Experts also stated it was so insecure you could hack it and leave no trace.

Not just the locations mind you. If the emails were compromised, the attackers knew the sorry state of security through the various requests for more.

Yes, completely relevant. Being on Iran's "enemy of the state" list means you probably shouldn't go the (*)(*)(*)(*) back to Iran. He got what was coming to him, had nothing to do with Hillary Clinton.

Yes we do know because she never named him, referred to him by nationality, or by profession.

Yet more (*)(*)(*)(*) spewing from the demented minds of Sean Hannity and friends.

    Enjoy your 2016 loss.

Is his family suing, or is the Benghazi victim's family.

And yet her emails, and the lack of security around them remain. Sorry that reality invaded your safe space.

There is no way, any team of lawyers is going to link an unsecured email server, is directly responsible for negligent deaths. The amount of legal discovery effort is biblical.

Nothing will cone of this law suit because they will not be able to sustain the allegation that she was responsible fir the deaths of their sons and she did not call them liars she saud they were wrong.

If you tell me that the earth is flat I will tell you that you are wrong. I would not be saying that you are a liar but I will say that you would be wrong.

The parents of those state department employees or contract workers are wrong.
